Apply

Submit the form on the role page. Tell us about a project where you used AI to ship something — even a tiny one. We read every application.

Short call

30 minutes with the hiring lead. We get to know each other. You ask hard questions. We do too.

AI coding exercise

We give you a small spec. You use Cursor (or your tool of choice) to ship a working solution in your own time. We care about how you direct the agent — not whether you typed every character yourself.

On-site interview

A half day at our Coimbatore office. Walk through your exercise, pair on a problem, meet the team, see the space. We take our time to make the right call.

I'm a fresher / final-year student. Should I apply?

Yes. We hire sharpness over years. If you've shipped something — even a side project — using an AI agent, we want to see it. Don't filter yourself out.

Is remote or hybrid work an option?

No. Both roles are 100% on-site at our Coimbatore office. We're betting on the speed of in-person learning, especially for early-career folks. If you can't relocate to Coimbatore, this isn't the right fit.

I haven't used Cursor yet, but I've used Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot.

That counts. The thing we're filtering for is whether you already think in terms of "how do I get an AI to do this?" rather than "how do I type this?" If you've been doing that, you'll pick up Cursor in a day.

What does "AI-native" actually mean in practice?

It means no engineer here writes code character-by-character. Every PR is the result of a developer briefing an agent, reviewing its diff, iterating, and shipping. Code review is still rigorous — sometimes more rigorous, because you're reviewing for what the model might have hallucinated.
