AI Developer
We don't write code by hand. Our engineers brief AI agents like Cursor, review their pull requests, and steer them toward production-grade output. If you're sharp, curious, and already living in this future, you'll fit right in.
Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (On-site)Full-time · 0 – 4 yearsPosted 4 May 2026
What you'll do
- Design and ship features end-to-end across our React frontend and ASP.NET Core backend, primarily by directing AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude).
- Read specs, decompose them into tight prompts, and verify what the agent produces — write the test, read the diff, push back when it's wrong.
- Contribute to the active migration of our legacy VB.NET surfaces to a modern React + ASP.NET Core stack.
- Pair with senior engineers and product folks to translate fuzzy utility-operations requirements into shippable software.
- Own quality: your name is on the PR, even when an agent wrote the diff.
What we're looking for
- 0–4 years of professional software experience (recent grads with strong projects welcome).
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding tools day-to-day — Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
- Working fluency in at least one of: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be reading specs and writing prompts all day.
- Sharp problem decomposition — you can break a vague requirement into the prompt sequence that gets it built.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Coimbatore office (no remote, no hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with React, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, or OpenAPI specs.
- A side project, repo, or demo where you let an agent do the heavy lifting and shipped something real.
- Exposure to utility-operations or any complex B2B domain.
- An eye for product — you ask why before you ask how.
What a day might look like
- 1Pick up a feature ticket; read the linked spec; ask the product owner three sharp questions before writing a single prompt.
- 2Open Cursor, brief the agent, watch it work, intervene when it drifts, ship a draft PR before lunch.
- 3Code-review a teammate's agent-generated PR — catch the subtle bug the model missed.
- 4Pair with a senior engineer for 30 minutes on a tricky migration from VB.NET to React.
- 5Drop into a 15-minute knowledge-share where someone shows off a new prompting pattern.
